Rio Preto & Rodas

Rio Preto and Rodas are actually two neighboring waterfalls: Rio Preto, the region's largest river, forms a 50-meter natural pool, while Cachoeira das Rodas slides down a rock wall into another pool for swimming. The trail is gentle, with no steep climbs, about a 20-minute walk (or 5-minute drive) from the village — a great option for a lighter outing.
